Making a purchase :
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our website and click on any gift that you wish to order and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details. You can include a message to your gift.
Our products and services are priced in American dollars (USD). When you buy in U.S. Dollars (USD) at shop4iran.com, the payment is converted from USD to your local currency by your bank or credit card company. For example if you are in Sweden, your payment will be converted into Swedish Kronor.
The charges will be debited from your debit/credit card in real time.
Minimum order :
Minimum order $50 USD.
Tehran delivery :
Delivery is FREE for Tehran.
Delivery will take less than 24 hours (non holiday period) after we've received confirmation of your payment.
You can always choose your desired delivery date in the order form.
Other cities delivery :
Delivery is FREE for other cities.
We deliver non-perishable gifts like toys, nuts.... to other cities.
Delivery will take 2-4 working days. We will send your gift via Pishtaz, one of the best postal service in Iran.

Substitute Policy :
If a type of flower or product is unavailable, it will be substituted with a similar alternative of the same or greater value. If there are any major changes to your order, you will be notified via email or phone.
Our Refund / Cancellation Policy :
We at Shop4Iran always endeavour to give you the highest quality gifts and the best service. Please see below our Refunds policy, which outlines under what circumstances we will provide a full or partial refund on your order.
You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the process of dispatching.
For orders to be delivered to Tehran, you can cancel the order within 6 hours after you placed the order.
For all other cities in Iran you must notify us within 12 hours after ordering.
To cancel an order please,

and provide us with your order ID. If the order includes more than one product and you want to cancel only one item, please specify the product name and the product ID that you can find in your reciept. Any late cancel request will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued.
If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
Receive a refund
In case we've already charged your credit card, you'll receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
If the address is wrong or the recipient is not found
We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the recipient's address within 48 hours of receiving our message.
Your Privacy :
We greatly respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information to third parties . You will not be bombarded with email solicitations by providing us with your email address.
